Comics

Ghostbusters has appeared in comic books almost continuously since the late 1980s, passing through several publishers as the license changed hands. This section collects the comics pages on GBFans.com: the individual series, story arcs, single issues, and the writers, artists, and editors who produced them.

The earliest sustained run came from NOW Comics, which adapted the animated continuity in The Real Ghostbusters line and its annuals around the turn of the 1990s. In the mid-2000s the Canadian publisher 88MPH Studios held the license and produced film-based stories including Ghostbusters: Legion and Ghostbusters: Displaced Aggression. From 2008 onward, IDW Publishing carried the franchise through one-shots, mini-series, and a long-running ongoing title.
