Real Ghostbusters: NOW Comics Volume 2 Issue 3

The Real Ghostbusters NOW Comics Volume 2 Issue 3 is the third issue of the second volume of NOW Comics' run of The Real Ghostbusters, published in January 1992. The issue contains two stories: an original story concluding a multi-issue time-travel adventure, and a reprint from the Marvel Comics UK series.

Story 1

The first story is an original adventure featuring Egon Spengler, Peter Venkman, Ray Stantz, and Winston Zeddemore, along with the characters Nessie, Joan of Arc, Tobin, and Evil. Ray and Peter return from their respective time periods, and the team must then confront and defeat Evil while rescuing Tobin.

Story 2: "Hide and Squeak!" (Reprint)

The second story, "Hide and Squeak!", is a reprint from Marvel Comics (UK) The Real Ghostbusters issue #029, originally published on December 31, 1988. The story features the core team alongside Slimer. In it, Slimer is accused of eating all the food overnight, but investigation reveals the true culprit to be a ghostly mouse. Once identified, the ghost mouse is trapped.

The original Marvel UK issue #029's cover artwork was later reused by NOW Comics as the cover of Volume 1, Issue 19.
