Deisy Patino

Deisy Patiño (also written as Deisy Patino) is an actress based in the United States with credits in feature films, television, and short films spanning from 2011 to 2024.¹ She is best known to Ghostbusters fans for her appearance in Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire (2024) as Woman's Friend at Beach.¹

Career

Patiño's earliest screen credit is a small role as a Flower Zombie in the 2011 short film Play Dead.¹ In 2012 she appeared in another short, Hear Me, playing Mean Teen 2.¹

Her first feature-length role came with the independent drama Loud & Longing (2023), co-directed by Sam Ellison and Ryan Guiterman and later acquired by Gravitas Ventures for North American distribution.² The film follows two childhood friends in New York City, Lucy and Lucien, who struggle to maintain their sobriety and artistic ambitions when a cousin reappears and dredges up a painful shared history. Patiño played Aurelia.³ Also in 2023, she appeared as Ivy in the horror short The Influencer.³

In 2024, Patiño guest-starred on the long-running CBS police procedural Blue Bloods (Season 14, Episode 6, "Shadowland," aired April 12, 2024),⁴ playing Christina Dominguez, the mother of a victim in a case involving voodoo that detectives Danny Reagan and Maria Baez investigate.³

Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire

In Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire (2024), Patiño appeared as Woman's Friend at Beach,¹ one of the Coney Island beachgoers who flee when Garraka's Death Chill sweeps in from the ocean. She is part of the group credited collectively as "Coney Island Beach Goers," alongside characters billed as Woman (Beach), Man Running Away (Beach), Woman Running Away (Beach), and Child (Beach).
