Early life and education

Giler grew up in New York and began acting from the age of five.1 She attended the Frank Sinatra School of the Arts in Astoria, Queens, a public arts high school founded by Tony Bennett that offers conservatory-level training in drama, music, dance, and film.2 From there she went on to study acting at the Playwrights Horizons Theater School, the drama studio housed within New York University's Tisch School of the Arts that partners with the off-Broadway theater company Playwrights Horizons.3

Career

Giler's screen credits include the short thriller Cycles (2020), the short Karen's Revenge (2020), and the independent biographical comedy-drama Pinball: The Man Who Saved the Game (2022), in which she played the character Deborah.4 The film, directed by Austin Bragg and Meredith Bragg, dramatizes the real-life story of Roger Sharpe, whose pinball demonstration before the New York City Council in 1976 led to the lifting of a decades-old ban on the game.5

Alongside her acting work, Giler is a fashion and lifestyle content creator. She runs a YouTube channel (victoriaashleygiler) featuring lookbooks and style content, and has collaborated with brands including Ana Luisa, Dossier, and Zaful. She is also active on Instagram (@victoriagiler).

Ghostbusters

Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire (2024)
