John Garry is an American actor and voice actor whose career spans film, live-action television, and animation. He is best known in the Ghostbusters franchise for voicing the ghost The Sphinx in Extreme Ghostbusters (1997).1
Career
Garry built a career primarily in voice work for animation during the 1990s and 2000s. His screen debut came in the live-action film Mystic Pizza (1988).2 He also had a role in the television series Swamp Thing.3
In animation, he contributed voices to a wide range of productions. His recurring role credits include multiple characters on The Angry Beavers (Nickelodeon, 1997-2001), where he voiced Barry the Bear, Chameleon, Dag's Lawyer, Cop, and Raccoon across the series' run.4 He voiced supporting characters on Invader ZIM (Nickelodeon, 2001-2006), including the Mysterious Mysteries Anchor, the Mysterious Mysteries Narrator, and the Animatronic Pig.5
