In a surprise announcement at industry trade show CES 2024 today, Sony Pictures has announced that Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire will be released in cinemas a week earlier than previously-announced, moving from the 29th of March to the 22nd.

As of this writing there is some uncertainty as to whether the 22nd of March will be the new release date for Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire in a most territories, or if it will only be a change to the release date for The United States and Canada. The staff of GBFans.com will attempt to get clarification on this detail.
