I have always been a fan of Ghostbusters my parents say that they were watching it one day and I seemed to have really liked it. Of course that was when I was to young to remember. But my earliest memories are of me playing with the action figures and the firehouse. I do however remember getting the ectomobile and being so excited because it was the one for the second movie and had alot more stickers on it. I grew up alone on top of a mountain so i would go adventuring wearing my gear and searching for ghosts and whenever I did have friends come over we would go Ghostbusting in the woods. Well when I found out about egb I would make up excuses to watch it. Like I would turn it on while I was playing with my newborn brother. I did get the equipment but when I would play with someone I would let them have the new pack and I would still use the old packs. That was the same year I dressed up in full regalia for halloween cause it was the first time I had a jumpsuit. After that my packs were put into storage for a while till one of my oldest friends had a friend dress up as a ghostbuster for a party that was taking place on the very mountain that I grew up on. We got to talking and my love for Ghostbusters was rekindled. Since then Ive done the ghostbusters costume at least 3 times and one of them was an egb costume. I am proud to be apart of this and hope that one day we can bring it back to the way it was in the 80s.
