First I would like to thank Corey Alexander of the Arizona Ghostbusters for the idea and for answering my questions while I made this. I took a Motorola MT500, gutted it out, and installed a blue-tooth speaker, the motorola T215! Now, on Corey's plans it says to use a cherry micro switch and place it so the key switch button presses into it, the mt500s that I bought were either an older or newer version of the one he used. The key switch hit a metal pad which closed the electrical circuit, so what I had to do is cut off the metal piece where the metal rod stuck out andpopped the inside of the key switch out so I could place a small push button from radioshack in there. Then I just hot glued it to the side after soldering the connections and it works fine!! As an added bonus, the car charger that came with the T215 is the same size as my phone, so I can use either to charge the mt500 or my phone!! http://www.instructables.com/id/Ghostbusters-MT500-Radio-with-Bluetooth-upgrade/ I have 4 other mt500s gutted and ready to go! just have to buy the bluetooth speaker! Thanks again!
