This is a repainted PKE Meter from the animated series. It was sort of a last minute rush this close to Halloween. Comments are welcome. 04/18/10 Update: I just started on a new PKE meter. I got the body idea from crusader_x and the wing idea from SlimedHeroSpengler84. I had to make do with a rectangular conduit box for the body. I plan on using the LCD screen from an old cell phone for the PKE screen.
