This is a budget pack. I got the idea from P.K.E.parker who got the idea from Gareee. Gareee deserves the credit for his budget design. The materials I got from Home Depot, Harbor Freight, JoAnn Fabrics, and Orchard Supply Hardware. The ALICE pack frame and Army flashlight I bought from Amazon.com. I made some changes to the pack.
