OK it is only 1 post in the forums that you need to make. So drop by the newbie section and introduce yourself to the gang and then you will be all set.
I found out that you have to make a certain number of forum posts before you can PM someone. It is to prevent spam bots from invading the site. Not sure how many you have to make though. I would recommend posting in the newcomers forum and then reply a couple of times when people say hi to you. That should work. TTYL.
