After a deep sea investigation for some ancient ruins The Ghostbusters are called in to find out why the pilot came back with all of her fluids evaporated from her body. The ancient spirit that was locked away finds its way into the city and begins draining all fluids from everyone that crosses its path! If the spirit finds it way into international waters the Ghostbusters may never be able to stop it.
