Billy Brown is a television writer and producer who co-wrote the two-part premiere of Extreme Ghostbusters, the 1997 animated continuation of the Ghostbusters franchise.1

Brown is credited as a co-writer on the opening two-part story of Extreme Ghostbusters, which introduced Egon Spengler's new generation of ghostbusters and the disease-spreading entity Achira. He shared the writing credit on both installments with his frequent collaborator Dan Angel and with Dean Stefan.
