The firing lever of the Slime Blower included a modified mountain bike grip made by A'ME in the 1980's, called Mountain Zone. This particular style seems to be fairly uncommon, but pops up on eBay from time to time.
Note: The modification performed to the grip was to remove the larger flange from the base of the grip.
