My MINI Clubman converted to an ECTO-1M for Halloween. First version with the tupperware-blue 'lightbar' won the 2011 Halloween 'Car Costume' contest in Louisville KY, where I was on a contract for work. Built mostly with PVC and dollar-store items. Upgraded in 2012 with a lightbar from Craigslist, a metal luggage rack base, loudspeaker/siren, strobe, and all-around sturdier construction.
