PKE Meter

This PKE meter is a hybrid model I made, combining the design of both the RGB style and XGB style PKE's. It is currently "functional" under the idea that combining the circuit board and ionization chamber from a smoke detection unit with a multimeter will provide "accurate" ion level counts. So then, realistically, it is actually an ion counter modeled to look like a PKE meter.
