I was very impressed with the patch on arrival. The quality is excellent and the stitching is very well done. Perhaps it was because I tried ironing on the patch on Nomex material, but the patch simply ironed on will not survive a wash cycle. I recommend sewing it on after finding the perfect position on the suit and ironing for that extra security.

This name tag. Got this for my first uniform and I have to say that it does not disappoint. Every stitch adds to what will be a symbol of authority on ghost and it has my name on it too.

I got my custom name tag from the shop a couple of years ago but never left a review, better late than never! I thought the patch came out really great, and so long as its an option if I needed another one done up I would definitely get from the shop again.

It's a good patch. I ordered two so my daughter (8) would have one as well and our name was the limit of characters. It made me wish there was a child-size option - something like a 3/4-size because her patch goes from the sleeve hem all the way to the far button hem of her shirt. It's just a pleasant coincidence that the top of the shirt pocket happens to line up *just* above a button hole so, even though the patch goes all the way to the edge of both sides of the shirt, the shirt can still be buttoned/unbuttoned.

A great patch! Having the ability to order a custom name is icing on the cake. While it's cool to be one of the characters from the movie, having a custom patch with your name just seems...cooler. Add to that the fact that it looks great. The embroidery is well done and is very professional.

Ordered a custom patch with my last name, and it looks amazing - like I'm officially one of the guys! Solid quality stitching and a sturdy piece overall. I like the iron-on option, but will probably end up stitching mine on. Looks great against the khaki color of the flight suit also sold here in the GBFans Shop. Arrived faster than expected, too!

I ordered a custom tag featuring my last name. It is high quality and looks sharp. My only complaint is the spacing of the letters could be a bit tighter, especially between the R and A in my last name.

I purshaze a Venkman patch, the color are perfect quite a bit saturated. I have just a problem with the length. If you're going for the screen accurate the patch are too small.

How do you accept payment?
We currently accept payments through PayPal and directly with Credit Cards. The credit cards we accept are Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We do not accept cash or money order as they slow down our automated ordering process.
When will my order ship?
We ship orders on regular business days, Monday through Friday, national holidays excepted. Our ordering system will provide you with an estimated ship date based on stock availability and volume of outstanding orders. During the Halloween rush period (July - October) we typically have hundreds of orders waiting to be packaged and shipped. During this time period it is not unusual to have to wait a week or more for your order to ship out. Please be patient! Please anticipate this delay and order your parts as soon as possible. During other times of the year, the estimated ship date is going to be the most accurate source for a shipping status. The estimated ship date can be found by following the order status link in the order confirmation email you received.
Why will it take so long to ship my order?
You may have received an estimated ship date during the ordering process that indicates that your order won't ship for a few days, or even a few weeks or months. Please note that we ship all in stock items in the order in which they were placed. If we are experiencing a high demand and have a lot of outstanding orders, your order may be delayed until we can get through the orders that were placed ahead of yours. Additionally, not all items are in stock at the time of ordering. Please note the "Availability" on the product page for the item you are purchasing. Some items are special orders or pre-orders and those items will force a later ship date than in stock items.
How long does shipping take?
This generally depends on the shipping process you select during checkout. Not all options will be available for all locations. In the US, we offer USPS and UPS shipping options. For USPS, the quickest option is Priority Express, which is typically 1-2 day delivery, followed by Priority Mail (2-3 days), First Class Mail (3-4 days) and Parcel Post (4-5 days). UPS provides a similar service with their One Day, Two Day, Three Day and Ground (3-5 day) services.
Customers in Canada typically receive their orders in 1-2 weeks and International customers can receive their orders anywhere from 1 week to 6 weeks. Please note that a large portion of the timeframe for international packages is time spent going through customs in the receiving country. We do not have any control over the speed at which customs processes your package. Please anticipate these delays and order your parts as soon as possible.
What is the status of my order?
You can find the status of your order at any time by viewing your
Order History on Ghostbusters Fans. If you were not logged in when you placed your order, you will have received an Order Confirmation email with a link that you can follow for a current status.
Can I add an item to my order?
No. We do not allow items to be added to an order after it has already been paid for. There are many reasons for this. Mainly the Ghostbusters Fans Shop is 100% automated, and it is simply not possible to do this. There are also increased shipping costs associated with adding any item, as well as processing fees and other things. During times of high volume, it would also be unfair to others to bump items up the queue into an existing order. It also requires a considerable more amount of work for us to do. If you do need more items from the shop, you must place an additional order. At the time of shipment, if we see two orders, we may at our conveinence combine the orders into one package to save time, money, energy, paper and packing supplies.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns on items, unless there was a mistake that
we made during delivery. If we made a mistake, please
email us immediately.
Will you mark an order as a gift or under value it on customs forms?
Under no circumstances will we mark an item as a gift or write a lesser amount on a customs form.
Can I use a 9V Battery?
Lots of people see the voltage requirements of this sound board (9V-14V) and assume they can use a typical rectangular 9V battery to power it. This board has an onboard amplifier that requires a minimum amount of power that a 9V battery cannot reasonably output. Typically when a 9V battery is used the power output is noisy, clipped and not very loud. Additionally when using a 9V battery, the battery will be drained in only 10-20 minutes of use. Therefore a standard 9V battery cannot be used.
Can I cancel my order?
The GBFans.com Shop is a small business. In order to operate efficiently, orders must be maintained once they are placed. We are unable to honor requests to cancel items. Many items such as pre-order and special order items are ordered on your behalf with our suppliers and / or are custom made for you. These items cannot and will not be cancelled unless the supplier is unable to provide the ordered items. In stock items similarly will not be cancelled for any reason including but not limited to: finding a lower price, changing your mind or realizing afterward that the order would arrive later than you desired. Making a purchase is ultimately a contract that you agree to purchase an item and we agree to ship an item as quickly as we are able to. As always we provide shipping estimates and costs up front. We are simply unable to accommodate customers that want to make these changes after the order has been placed.
Why will it take so long to ship in stock items?
As mentioned in a previous Frequently Asked Question, we ship items in the order in which they were received. The GBFans.com Shop has a sophisticated shopping cart system that queues customer's orders and generates an expected ship date. This ship date takes into account all other customer's orders and determines your place in the line. If shipping dates are estimated to be several days, weeks or months into the future, this means we have a large number of other customers who are also waiting on orders. The GBFans.com Shop is a small business, we do not have a large shipping department. One person works to handle all aspects of the Shop including research, development, production, ordering, custom orders, customer service, accounting, support and shipping. Your patience is appreciated. We always provide an estimated shipping date before you place your order. We strive to beat the estimated ship date whenever possible.
