Description
Our GB1 Metal Ion Arm End Cap was painstakingly replicated from a screen used Pack to a great detail. Measurements were taken directly from a screen used hero Pack. The End Cap features a solid block of aluminum, a brass Clippard elbow and a set of machined brass rods that were duplicated to exacting specifications. We now include two versions of the top brass rod: one that features knurling and a smooth version. Both rods are included with the end cap, as well as two #10-24 socket head cap screws and the square Clippard elbow.

Perfect Ion Arm, give it a black painting and scrape off the edges and around the wholes where the hex screws go for weathering and there you have it.
Beautifully machined parts. Having all of the parts un-assembled make it so easy so paint; and it is also very easy to install.
An absolutely beautiful piece that comes with everything you need. Feels very sturdy and you can’t beat the look of it. You can leave it as is or hit it with some black paint like in the movies, but either way you can’t go wrong with this part.
I am blown away by the craftsmanship and quality of this piece. The threaded rods and cap ensure its easy to paint without having to mask the life out of it. The knurling on upper and lower rods is fantastic and really helps add authenticity to a GB1 pack

As with the previous reviews, this is a top quality, professionally machined metal part that is highly accurate in its detail and has a solid weight, with the correct brass fittings. There is no substitute: make the investment!
Well machine and simple to install on either an aluminum or resin ion arm. No template needed - clamp to your ion arm and mark your drill points. Recommend using some epoxy or superglue to hold the brass clippard fitting on the top as it tightens completely to the rear (at least on mine) as opposed to the forward orientation.
High grade, professionally made part. Thoroughly enjoy the weight and all metal construction. All of the tapped areas hold the respected part nice and tight. Super simple to install. WELL worth the investment.
