1/2 inch inside diameter, 2 inch outside diameter. This is not the cheap stuff you would find at your local hardware store!

Each piece is roughly cut to approximately 12 inches in length. You will need to do the final cuts to match the length for your ALICE frame (around 9-10 inches). We recommend using a sharp scissors to get the cleanest cut.

Does not have a slit. You will need to cut a slit down the length of the padding in order to install it around the top tube of your ALICE frame.

You should apply tape on the ends in a few places along the length. Note: The black padding does have a yellow text printed along the length. It would be recommended that the black tape be applied along the text to cover it up.
