Okay, as I promised, here is the update to my ghost trap. As I stated before, this was my "test model" to see if I could build a trap accurately and on which I had the freedom to make all my mistakes. I'm rather pleased with the result and I think I'm ready to start building the "good" trap which I will wear on my costume this Halloween. The trap is made from 1/4"-thick hardboard and everything on this trap was hand-made by me (except for the obvious store-bought items like, sheet metal, knobs, led lens, etc.). All of the trap measurements are mine as well. I started off using CPU's plans but have since deviated so much from them I can hardly call them his. I think I'll leave this trap the way it is. I was going to finish it for my friend, but he said he wasn't going to be able to finish his GB costume by this Halloween (time, money, etc.). So I'll probably let this trap sit until next year.
