Uniform

My first uniform was, IIRC, a Tru-Spec khaki flight suit with katarra patches. Size was a bit small, so I removed the patches and got my current suit, a Rothco (yeah I know....this was well before I'd even heard of GBFans). Happily my old suit lived on serving as a uniform for another fan. So you can tell straight away that I'm not one of the "100% stickler for screen accuracy" types. I went with a black pistol belt and pads, both were easier to find for me. The pads are black knee pads, I folded the excess material inside and used black electrical tape to hold it. May consider cutting the excess off. Belt Gizmo is nothing fancy. Tape measure holder cut and colored (shoe polish), old circuit board from OLD cordless phone (think Paul Heyman, lol!) stuck to it using Goop. I love me some Goop. Fuses Gooped to top. Phone cord leading to smaller circuit board attached to plastic loop on the belt. Saw another guy's Gizmo here where a belt clip was used for the small board instead, I think I may try to go that route. The hose I got at Home Depot. Apparently it's stiffer than what you can get elsewhere, but it's manageable. I use hose connectors to attach it - very secure, but easy to remove - I attach it not through the leg, but through the leg pocket. The rear is attached to a loop I made from an old belt to attach to the pistol belt. Gloves I'm pretty sure were a Wal-Mart find.
