This is my Ghostbusters uniform created on the cheap. It is not meant to be 100% movie accurate but something close enough for parties with people who haven't seen Ghostbusters in a while and aren't fanboys. It is also just the way I want my costume to look, personally. The suit is just a navy blue unlined coverall, size 42 tall by Dickies. I chose navy instead of screen-accurate grey because it was found for cheap($12), and I've personally always wanted a navy suit- I don't really like the grey. The elbow pads were ordered from GBFans. The belt was ordered off of eBay, it's black canvas-type material gun belt with a metal clasp(I liked the metal better than plastic). The key fob was taken off of a wallet chain. The "belt gizmo" is merely a calculator board with a phone cord hot glued to it, and this is clipped to a leather belt holster. Both of the iron-on type name and ghost tags were ordered off of eBay. The proton pack frame is made from a newer style ALICE frame and molle straps. The pack itself is made of mostly foam board accented with pop-tops for buttons and craft foam wand handles. The labels and ribbon cable are printed out from edited images found online.
