Proton Pack

I built a thrift store part proton pack last halloween and loved it, but knew I could do better. This year I downloaded Stefan's plans and started building a scratch pack piece by piece, mostly from stuff in my shop - dowelling, doorskin, scraps of wood. Even the metal fittings and legris elbows are made from scratch (mostly dowelling) - more because of budgetary restraints than anything else, i plan to replace those with real ones in the future. The gun kit i purchased from Mutlimediamayhem. I should preface this by saying that this is my first real attempt at building anything at all, never mind any kind of precision replica building. Overall, I'm pretty pleased with the results.
