I built my last full pack several months ago. In the interim I've cleaned up several of my molds and thermoformed enough shell pieces to build four new packs. I've also been molding and casting resin pieces for the pack and gun. I haven't tried casting resin pieces before but its not too bad. So far I've created resin pieces for gun knobs, gun tip and trigger, heat sink, clippard valve, crank knob, gun track, booster frame, and pack resistors. One pack has been mostly assembled and weathered, the rest are waiting their turn patiently. More progress pics soon (hopefully).
