I've been questions on my scratch-built bumpers. I recently completed a set of five of them and took progress pictures along the way. I hope to have a tutorial up soon. 8.19.09 - I like the idea Garee had for adding 'ears' to the bumper instead of cutting a notch and adding the plate. Of course with me, I'm always trying to figure out better ways to mass produce so there's a few changes.
