Proton Pack

This is the Proton Pack I made for my son's 2009 Halloween costume. I know it's far from the prettiest proton pack on the net and far from accurate, but the idea was to build it as cheaply as possible, so it's mostly constructed out of random junk I've found around the house. The main body of it actually began life as a Transformers Bumblebee SuperSoaker that didn't work very well anymore. If you don't count what I paid for the SuperSoaker a couple of years ago, the cost of the Pack was just around $40.00. I didn't think that was too bad, considering I managed to make it light up.
