My nephew's pack, slapped together for Halloween in '05 from J. Moore vac formed shells (before we knew better) and a purchased styrene-built gun (can't remember who built it). Pack reworked by myself in '07 to add/revise some details, "original" parts and a new scratch-built gun to replace the styrene POS. Now fitted with Hyperdyne Gun and Pack lights and Hyperdyne "Economy+" sound module. New gun is scratch-built from R/C aircraft grade birch plywoods and 6061-T6 aluminum handle tubes, knobs and some "custom" fittings. Heat sink is also aluminum (sawed from a larger piece). Spring loaded barrel extends from release lever adjacent to switch box. Grips are from Propfan (nice), with 3 coats of black Plasti-Dip.
