The head is constructed of 2 hat boxes from joanns. they are very hard and stiff cardboard material. I then layered 1\" foam around it in a 4 \" strip, then 1/2\" foam around it from top to bottom. I then covered it in white fleece. the hat is a small hat box fromthe same place, and the top is 2 1\" foam pieces glued together with fleece. The ribbon is felt. The body is construted from 1 inch foam. I used Kyle Pasciutti plans, and altered them a bit. I covered the whole thing in the white fleece. I know the A is missing. it was on there before the wife started taking pics...
