Janine plays an important role to the Ghostbusters. After all, she's on call 24 hours a day to serve all your supernatural elimination needs! Her uniform may not be a conventional one, but she may as well be an honorary fifth member of the team. For my costume, I am striving to get as close as possible to the first outfit worn by Annie Potts as Janine Melnitz in 1984's Ghostbusters. It's still a work in progress, but here's what I've got so far! Considering we never see Janine standing up in this outfit, I had to take some liberties and put together something I think she may have worn based on her other clothes in the movie.
