This ONE of my two scratchbuilt proton packs that I am building for SUPER cheap. Most of the materials I've eithered ordered for penny's on the dollar, or I have laying around. I am building BOTH packs for under $100, and I am trying to be as accurate as possible, though I will undoubtedly take some creative liberties with these builds.
