Dib Devlin is a Game Show Host that ran a short lived show Race the Devil. He appears in episode The Devil to Pay.
He runs a game show that Ray and Winston decide they want to play. After Signing a contract with Dib Devlin, Egon figures out that Dib is a demon. The Contract they signed made so if they lose the game, they lose their souls as well.
