Does anyone have any good images, vector files etc. of all the body decals for the Ecto 1A? I'm trying to create some out of Vinyl for some scale models I'm planning but everything I'm finding for the "Call Us" Phone # etc is very pixelated and poor to convert....

This might be the best set of photos available for the Ecto-1A: LINK... Unfortunately the periods in which the car could be photographed by fans were pretty brief, and some of that time was back when digital cameras weren't as great as they are now.

Anything useful here?

There's some close ups towards the end of the page but they're not exactly front-on, so I don't know how usable they'll be for you.

I have some that I replicated they're not perfect but they should do the job.
