I just got a deal on a returned used wand from a Canadian toy store.

Unfortunately it has an issue where with the barrel tip retracted it would play the “pop tip” sound effect whenever you simply move or shake the wand.

Does anyone else have this issue and would a fix be easy and permanent or is this something I should consider returning for a BNIB one?

In one of the GB groups on Facebook I saw someone post the same issue. If I recall correctly it had to do with screws not being tight after it was modded though. I tried to look back and find the post but I couldn’t find it. It may be worth looking through Spengler’s workshop or one of the similar groups to see if you can find it.
