Hey guys. I am currently going to school doing 3D stuff. I am not as advanced as I want to be yet. I have Houdini which I have seen a file online for making proton streams.... BUT.... the files was made so long ago that I don't think it even works with the modern version of Houdini. It loads with an error and only gives you the basic shape of the proton stream in a wireframe.... NO lightening or anything.

I am mainly a 3DS Max user and I was wondering if anyone has been able to make a proton stream using 3DS Max that may be able to shed some light on how it is done?
