have you ever wondered what happened to that apartment building after the events from ghostbusters 1

It's New York. That thing was renovated and apartments put back up for lease within a month

No joke, there's a very recent multi-billion dollar apartment building that went up with almost no permits and most of it isn't up to code. (no, I didn't work on that one personally)lol

Thankfully I have now lived in a trailer for over a year and prefer that to living in an apartment. Despite the sign on the door saying it was open on Wednesday, my last apartment's office did not have anyone in the office on Wednesday which is one of my 2 days off. I left voicemails at the office about maintenance issues and they never called me back. Though the maintenance did come by 2 weeks later.
