I caught Dami Potter Cos Shop selling Ghost Traps and Pedals at high prices using my non-commercial 3D files. When confronted, he denied it, despite the fact that the pedal in his listings had my logo engraved in it per the original files. He then backpedaled and said it was only the pedal and proceeded to send me screengrabs of his 'original design' trap parts. He basically recreated my construction designs in CAD.

I would not be surprised if other items in the shop were also rip offs.

Is definitely from these free files on Makerworld (I should know, I just printed one of these recently and I recognise all the tiny details and inaccuracies that I had to work around):
