Hello,

I had an idea in my head and when someone had brought it up before, please tell my.

Has anybody ever considered to build a Real GB or Extrem GB PKE Meter and use a EMF Meter as the electronics for it? And useing a segmented LED grath as the display?
So it could be used for "ghost hunting" with a real working funktion, or haveing a working funktion for a fan film or cosplay.

It is just an idea and I don't realy have a idea for the sound, but wouldn't that be a good idea?

For a prop replica it is a pretty neat addition.

If you have the technical know how you can buy an existing EMF detector and find A PKE Meter body kit off of Etsy or E-Bay.

Depending on the level of authenticity you want you can go with an Iona shoe polisher mold, a vacuum formed kit or find a Kit that's 3D printed. The Hasbro PKE Meter is listed on E-Bay for between 300 and higher. Depending on your budget you might just want to buy the Hasbro prop.

As for the completed Two in The Box auctions that runs between 4 and 6 hundred with whatever stupid amount individual sellers want for shipping.

Yes, that’s a great idea—and others have explored it! Some fans have modded EMF meters into PKE meter replicas, especially for cosplay or “ghost hunting.” Using a segmented LED graph is perfect for replicating the screen effect. For sound, small sound modules (like Arduino-compatible ones) can add authentic tones. It’s a fun mix of fandom and functional tech!
