I'd imagine it'd be possible, but wouldn't Terminal Reality or who ever made the 09 game own those recordings?

I mean a fan mod. Thought I don't think there's any lines that would replace the claiming down civilian or rift related lines. The later two could use audio from both the 2009 game and spirits unleashed. Thought I get the feeling for Bill you'd need to sample his 80s and 90s movie roles to get enough samples.

Not sure how many are still playing, but it was mentioned on tonight's Illfonic twitch stream that one of their designers, Julian, will be coming on a future stream to discuss a new wave of balance changes. Now, whether that'll be part of DLC 7 or not is unknown, but hey, they're still working on the game!

Thanks for mentioning that. I've sorta lost interest in their streams. A preview coming up soon makes sense. This year was basically an update every 3 months so late September seems like the next DLC. 24th or 26th probably. The Scoleri Brothers at the courthouse one, I believe, is next.

Yup, next is the Scoleri bounty in the court house (REALLY hoping it's a dual ghost haunt, that'd be awesome). Last DLC will be this winter with Boogeyman.

I doubt we'll get any year 3 content (hopefully bug fixes and such) and after that.... I keep hoping for some CREATIVE members of the community to swoop in and take over. I'd love to make so many adjustments to the game, myself (gear unlock progression, some SLIGHT ghost stat tweaking, cool down adjustments, etc)

Yeah, all eyes on if there's a Year 3 or maybe one last DLC/patch. I don't think the previous ones like GB World or Beeline stayed around for 3 years or just barely 3. It'll be interesting to see how long this and Rise of the Ghost Lord lasts. I'm guessing the remaining necroskins this year will be for the Possessors and Watchers. Other than those two groups, there's only the Overlords (and well Classic and RGB Slimer) who they could add Necroskins for. Curious what the shells will be as well - adapted from an existing title or something brand new like the cardboard ones. I wonder if they could make shells from TVG or IDW - or do either get into some weird legal issues. There's not too many iconic packs left to adapt.

We've kinda assumed TVG and IDW are off the table, I mean hell, there are enough legal issues with the GB2 logo. While it's only a MILD change, there's the uncracked Spengler shell. They COULD do EGB and ATC proton pistols, maybe the compact thrower from FE, but those would require new animations and at this point? most likely not happening. It'll probably be an original shell from Illfonic. What I'd love would be an ability to change the stream color to match the different shells (and some asset clean up while they're at it since most of the shells have some issue with them).

Like straight out of the printer, it's not all an off silver or something? Sorry I've seen some on etsy that are all silver and just assumed it's never printed out all black already. lol.

The RGB Pilot equipment designs.
The Peoplebusters Slime Packs (these would of course have to shoot particle streams, but nothing's perfect).
The USF "wonky" Packs.

yeah, no need for platform exclusive skins. I do kinda love the idea of a Kenner pack, trap and PKE XD That could be a lot of fun.

Honestly, I'd just love for them to do another cosmetic pass on what we have already. Aside from the gear based off the original configuration and Illfonic's originals, there are issues with the packs and throwers lining up with the hose. I'd also KILL for them to go in and redo the EGB PKE so it's FUNCTIONAL. Extend the ears a LITTLE bit more and have the electric arc between them speed up as you get close to a ghost.

The gap with the EGB pack still annoys me as it's my favorite shell. I'd love to see some improvements on the EGB meter.
