The video shows the distressed version. These will be distressed-to-order, so you could request a heavier or lighter distressing (just include that in the comments section of your order). There are photos of the "clean" version on our website: https://www.magnoliprops.com/tobin-s-sp ... p-741.html

Your card would be charged immediately to secure your spot. We've already sold half of the first run!

Thank you for the clarity! I jumped the gun and preordered a clean one, but after seeing the video really wish I had gone with the aged - I e-mailed you about bumping my order up to aged, hopefully that's possible. It looks perfect! It's been so fun watching this project take form. Really beautiful!

Just received my copy today. Holy cow, this thing is a work of art!!!! The weathering is beautiful. It truly looks and feels like an antique book of the occult. The content of the book is phenomenal. The Ray's Occult Books on the box was a nice touch also. The only thing missing is that musty, wonderful 'old book' smell.

Outstanding job Magnoli!!!!

I'm sorry, I don't have an Imgur or any other online photo hosting account.

One of the things that make this book so amazing for me is that it's not just a display piece to look cool on a shelf, with a few good entries and a lot of empty babble as filler. It's
an actual book, fully readable from cover to cover. It's got some fun easter eggs in it too, especially for those of us who were kids in the 80's.

Chicken, He Clucked wrote: August 12th, 2024, 12:29 pm Wow. I was not expecting it to include 500 pages of actual content.

I would buy this but I’m in the UK so concerned about shipping costs on top of the premium price tag.

Is it likely a limited time thing or will there be a cheaper variant after the initial run?
We ship from New Zealand, so the cost of shipping is similar to most destinations. We're doing limited runs, not sure for how long... not likely to be a cheaper variant though, in any case.

Great timing because a copy of GB The Return also got delivered this weekend :)

I love seeing all the details and how it brings the props to life. Speaking of making things happen, I've been swamped with schoolwork lately and it's been hard to keep up with everything. I was looking for ways to lighten my load and came across this helpful resource https://edubirdie.com/write-my-thesis is great when you need help with big projects like writing a thesis. Anyway, your morning build and legacy sound so cool - I wish I had the time to dive into a project like this right now!
Thanks for sharing! Really looks phenomenal, enjoy reading!

Ordered mine the other day. I am so excited. Watched a video review and was so happy to see the attention to detail put into this thing. This truly looks to be a work of art. I can’t wait to hold it in my hands myself.

We're planning on doing a full replica with leather bond & gold foiled cover based on the one made for Afterlife:

Question, have you gotten to see the hero prop from Afterlife? I was wondering what the interior was like. Several legit pages for closeup shots and the rest blank pages or full of filler fluff text?

The Making of Afterlife book indicated there are more legit pages, one on ghost classification.
