Yep nothing for me either, now sitting on three unreplied messages on Facebook after being told to only contact through messenger and not tag him on public facevook pages even though thats the only way I've managed to get responses in the past.

This is my current inbox with him of Facebook messenger. After my recent post on Ghostbusters Fans UK where I tagged him. I was then told off for tagging his personal Facebook account to get attention and told to only message the Facebook again and again if I didn't get a reply.

I wouldn't be surprised if, by posting on this thread, a lot of us were blacklisted. I have absolutely no proof, other than someone mentionning something similar to you (they were told to delete their post).

I never received any reply on Facebook or email, and since my order was only around 345$ USD, I already took for granted that I've been scammed and will never be contacted or refunded.

At this point, 18 pages of people waiting and being ignored for 3+ years should be a pretty solid cautionary tale.

I'll stick to well-known TheRPF members to commission any prop replica.

Nothing. For what it's worth, and despite being one of the faithful (poster #2 on this thread, ordered day after poster #1 who received theirs Oct 22), and having (mostly) kept my gob shut, as of 15/08 I've asked for a refund.
Considering writing up a timeline as some may find it illuminating. Others may ridicule for having been taken for a ride for so long - or naturally the reverse from his supporters.
I'm not into games, I didn't come here to upset anyone and I'd rather this was simply done and dusted, but frankly I'm sick of this.

Messaged him on WhatsApp last Tues and got a reply to say he’s not replied for the “last few days” as he’s off and it’s birthday, and he’d get back to me before the end of the week.
Reminded him it’s been 5 months (more actually!), not “just a few days”, but I’m not a monster so wished him a happy birthday and that I looked forward to hearing from him.
End of the week came and went, nothing. Again, not a monster, so didn’t pester over the weekend. Messaged him again this morning, still showing as unread. Will try again tomorrow.

I’m trying very hard to not be the arsehole here, but it’s getting tough.
Either way, I didn’t sign up for this nonsense.

Well I sent him a message on instagram asking for a refund.

Have no idea if he will even see it but I've made my choice unless something happens in terms of the pack I was promised.

For now, I'll just stick to the refund route. I hold no ill will towards the guy, even mentioned that in my message, just feel that this is for the best.

Proton Props has been MIA on social media for a few months. Last Instagram post was June 11 and last Facebook post was July 4.

I’m messaging weekly on both platforms for an update on my pack until I get one. I have not heard a peep for over 18 months despite a few random reach outs from my side. I have kept the faith up to this point but it’s finally starting to wane. Passed 3 years on 9/15.

I reached out to Proton Props earlier today about a commission for a Frozen Empire pack, and was told that he actually has one that is almost ready to go that I could have within weeks. Before dropping over $4k I wanted to do some Googling for reviews, etc, and stumbled across this thread. Given some concerning info in the 18 pages of conversation here, I wanted to throw a post out here to see if I should drop the $4k or explore other options.

It sounds like some have been waiting years for packs, but some seem to get turned around faster and the quality of the product is second to none. Given that the pack I'd be buying is basically done, I'd think my wait time wouldn't go into the months and years, but with the amount of money involved, I'm a little nervous to pull the trigger.

Does anyone have any advice?

I was told by him he would only make one frozen empire pack and that was the one he raffled off before the premier of the movie.

I have the messages, as he told me about it as I won the last raffle so I wouldn't take that information as fact unless you have explicit proof, either a video call of him showing you the progress to date or date stamped photos from him. Don't part with a single cent until you have some form of confirmation.
