From what I've read, modifying a Spirit Pack costs about as much, if not more than paying what people are asking for the Haslab one, but I could be wrong. I also don't think I have the crafting or engineering aptitude to pull it off effectively.

I've decided to bite the bullet and grab the Spengler Proton Pack off the grey market. Was really let down by yesterday's Wondercon panel yielding nothing. But in relation to this, and to get a head start on it, I know some people here have invested in more than one Two In The Box. Would any of you be willing to sell me one when they're released?

I want exact dimensions of the trap so I can find out if it will fit in our Containment Unit

I need to know if the wings move automatically when detecting EMF, and if they solved or had any confliction issues with the separate PKE meter modes. I'm also curious to know if they allow us to be able to turn off time out functions?

I wanna know what batteries these'll run off of. Will the trap have a low center of gravity so we can roll out the trap with less of a chance of it rolling on it's side? I hope they have volume or mute buttons. How many points of attachment does the cartridge have to the rest of the trap body?

Probably just because Emily already has a Reddit account (she also engages with the G.I. Joe subreddit), and Reddit reaches a much broader audience.

Is it just me or is there a shockingly small amount of information being shared about this thing? I might just be crazy now that I’ve actually backed it (missed the spengler pack crowdfund) but there seems to be a bit of a desert when it comes to information about the trap/pke.

We'll be getting information relatively soon, probably next month for Ghostbusters Day. It was the same with the Spengler pack.

All I know is they have compiled questions on Reddit in the last few weeks and are (planning to) making a video to adress those questions in a future video. Give it a a few weeks.

I mentioned this on the reddit page. The Hasbro team could really get people excited about the EMF function by conducting an actual investigation. So maybe we'll get a fun, but serious video showcasing its capabilities.

Just a heads up that Emily was spotted at the Firehouse today along with the Haslab team, in good spirits and wearing matching shirts with the rest of the team. So I'd say she's very much still involved with Haslab, but perhaps had her reasons for nuking the Reddit account.

I get my hands on the latest HasLab PKE meter and Ghost Trap, and get to compare them to the real ghostbusters Frozen Empire props!

Find it interesting they have to label the EMF function as play only. I think they know that this coummunity is going to mod the hell out of it. As for the trap i'm really pleased the battery cover isn't on the outside of the box. I really hope the wings move automatically in EMF mode.

They've actually already mentioned previously that the wings move automatically in EMF mode. The only thing that isn't automatic is the taser mode, since that's spring-loaded and released by the switch on the backside (that's how he could show it off even without the electronics being active).

So as long as they get the SFX right, this release is looking mighty fine! I'm actually really happy to see that they took some of the community feedback from the wand and pack to heart going into this, it would seem.

If Hasbro anticipates the wings gears getting worn down from Ghost Hunters using the EMF function I'd like to think they made the process of replacing them easy to switch out for new parts. Fall cant come quick enough. Lol.

Seeing some complaints about the meter looking bulkier and the wings looking thicker, but they've managed to basically put 2 props into one. The taser meter in afterlife was a separate prop from the regular pke meter and the taser versions wings only popped into taser mode, and that was it (according to the tested YouTube video that is).

Our Fandom finds something off were sure to be vocal about it. As i like something (this expensive) to be screen accurate I don't mind something being moved or changed to make room for all these features that are being packed into the shell. Somethings got to give.
