It begins at 1:44:10. And there were two things I looked at to verify that this is a legit recording and not fanmade: 1) At the end of The Flintstones Kids, the announcer mentions the "Saturday Morning debut" of RGB, and 2) a promo for a rerun of Mr. Boogedy, which was on September 14.
