Hey gang, I purchased a GBfans complete sound board kit from the shop.

In the old days we ran this board with 2 speakers and an amp, and possibly a “grounding loop” If my memory serves me right

All this stuff is brand new from the shops last stock, do we still need a amp and grounding loop in order to run the 2 speakers?

Anyone have any advice on sound equipment to purchase to make this complete?

Any advice is greatly appreciated

When I did my first pack in 2018 I purchased everything from the gbfans store. I got the soundboard, packlights , wand lights, speaker, and blue brick battery. Everything was plug and play. I didn’t purchase a amp and it was very loud!

Thank you guys! Appreciate it, in the old days I remember guys wiring up with the amp

I was under the impression the GBfans board had a built in amp.

Any recommendations for a single 8om speaker?

Does anyone happen to know i fit is possible to burnout or overloead the board or blow speakers by turning up the volume to loud?

I am running two 4ohms speakers in succession and was working until yesterday. I have always had my volume up just very slightly past halfway on the on-board POT but now I have no sound at all. Even if this problem were to be corrected, would it be harmful to the board if the volume is too high?
