I know since Afterlife the events of the first film are called "The Manhattan Crossrip" I've seen reference to the vents in GB2 called "The Carpathian Incident" and feel free to correct if that's been printed in canon somewhere as something else but do the events in the video game have a name? "The Shandor Mandala Event"? maybe. If anyone knows please drop a line here and let me know. Thanks

A sewn patch released at Fan Fest referencing the events of the game was branded "The Battle of Shandor Island":



That's probably the closest we've gotten to an official event name. Other options we could go with are the Mandala one you mentioned or "The Shandorian Crossrip".

The 4th Cataclysm and The coming of Gozer sound neat but the slime square thing despite the GB2 reference kinda eh. Thank you for the info though, I may just go with some personal refences.
