Bare minimal, you would have to read Annual 2018. Then it's sort of a tiered approach - you may not get some lines that function as callbacks to past series like Get Real, 101. Specific references get summarized well enough like Unglighter's appearance but if you want the full story, you can read Displaced Aggression, the teleportation unit, if you want the full story, you can read TMNT/Ghostbusters, or Tiamat, read Volume 2 #12-20. At least I think so, because I've read them continuously as they've released since Ghostbusters: Infestation.

Cool I do want get real and 101 so now I know. Ghostbusters/turtles I've read but was disappointed but cool if others like that villians let it down for me.
