Has anyone heard anything about any fans receiving or not receiving the Regal Theatres Ghost Trap Popcorn Bucket lately?
When I placed my order for it (and a few other things) on April 3rd, it said (in full) that it had an "Estimated Ship Date Begin: Aug 02, 2024 / Estimated Delivery Date: Aug 04-Aug 08, 2024". Obviously, that time frame is right NOW, but I have yet to receive a e-mail telling me that it was shipped. (It is my understanding that the early April pre-orders was for the last batch of buckets to be made.)
I contacted support by e-mail (they have no phone number) last week. At first I didn't think I got a reply, as I never received an e-mail with their reply. I only received an e-mail asking me to rate their reply. Thankfully, that feedback e-mail included a copy of their reply: "Your request will require additional research and follow-up. Thank you for your patience, we will contact you with updates on the status of your request in 2-3 business days."
The trap bucket was 100% paid for back in April when I paid with PayPal for the entire order. This isn't a case of "you'll be charged when it ships". I had no problem waiting four months, but I'm not going to wait around forever. I don't like to leave unfinished business open for very long.
