Hi, recently, I've finished my proton pack and suit, and to make my cosplay more realistic, I thought it would be cool to add the belt gizmo and the attenuator.
I've found some online but they are very pricy so I thought I'd might make one myself, but I've been struggling to find electronic diagram for both of them.
Has any of you ever build one and have some tips on how I should make them and where i can find the electronic diagram.
Thank you !

Have you checked out this thread on GBfans. Someone made a budget attenuator viewtopic.php?t=51040

As for if someone has released a full-featured Arduino DIY version I think the answer is no.

I've worked a bit on the electronic so that i can also turn ON/OFF my pack with one of the switch and use the potentiometer to also control my proton pack sound volume.

If you want to reproduce the same Attenuator, I've detailed my electronic diagram and put all of the parts I've used in this Miro board : https://miro.com/app/board/uXjVKinP9os= ... 9779222663

Do not hesitate to ask me question about it !

Hey, new big update, after some more work here is the final result of my handmade custom belt gizmo.

I have a small problem with the red leds under the tubes and in the error box not working maybe due to a bad solder or a shortcircuit that i need to fix. But my multimeter is dead so I can't test where is the problem right now.

I'll update as soon as it's fixed.

Also, I will try to update soon with the electronic diagram, the 3d models and all the parts I've used.

Hey, back for a small update.
I've managed to fix the red leds under the tube and in the error box. Unfortunately, the led in the error box isn't that powerfull so it doesn't light up the whole box. I've tried putting some more powerfull led, but the poor 9v battery powering all of this couldn't support it.
Also I've attached the cable in the bottom right with a screw because with just hot glue, the cable didn't really stand that well.

So here is the final result, hope you'll like it :

EDIT
If you want to reproduce the same Gizmo Board, I've detailed my electronic diagram and put all of the parts I've used in the same Miro board as the attenuator : https://miro.com/app/board/uXjVKinP9os= ... 2595904927
