Ok, so I’ve always wanted to make a PKE meter and I understand the ones in the movies were made from a Iona shoe polisher. Well I got one from eBay, and now I gotta figure out how to turn it into a PKE meter. Is there any plans or some kinda tutorial how to turn em into a PKE.

Here are some reference photos of the real prop I posted a few years ago:

You'll have to do a lot of cutting and filling and building the viewscreen and its platform.

I've done all that and have a modified shell in pretty good shape. I've made moulds and resin casts and am looking to finalize my electronics, which will be driven by a Teensy Arduino.
