Starting this thread for reviews/experiences with Epic props based in the UK.

I understand a few years ago, people had trouble getting orders. Recently the business has "relaunched" to attempt to re-establish itself, so this thread can be used to review any recent orders.

I’ve ordered many parts over the years, replacement metal ion arm for Haslabs pack and metal bellow, Aztec whistle, resin minirad, ribbon cable, clamp, banjos… probably other stuff as well.

In 2019 I caught Epic Props UK printing my Trap files, casting them and selling them as their own.

I’ve ordered about £60-70 worth of stuff as on the beginning of February this year (2026), it’s been about 2 weeks and no update yet but it’s early days, I’ll report back with hopefully some good news as and when it happens.

Just as an update, I got my order after 3 Weeks, I got a reply within 24 hours of sending them a message and everything arrived as it should have. Overall aside from maybe the need to communicate with the customer over the expected wait since every is made to order, I was pretty happy with the outcome. I was a bit hesitant to order from them as I’ve heard the stories about past transgressions, but I as I live in Ireland local GB suppliers are few, so I’m happy to report I’d probably order from them again if the need arises.
