I'm getting ready to start my first pack build. I was wondering if the GBfans soundboards needed anything extra to be able to used in conjunction with 3rd party light kits? I have zero electronics knowledge but thankfully my dad is an electrical engineer and is helping me out. I was under the impression I'd need an adapter kit from here so I can pair the board with my light set up. Be gentle cuz I know I most likely am getting confused.
